For those who have previously reached out to iKKO Support, this introduction will likely sound familiar. We are responsible for customer experience and services worldwide here at iKKO. Typically, it's us who send out this greeting when you connect with us—so, Hello!👋
Today, we'd love to take a moment and invite you on the journey to recall how far we have gone:
Since May, when we launched EarSync 2.0, ActiveBuds have evolved into a whole new version, officially embarked on their way to fledge.
Over the past 5 months, the iKKO Team has:
- Released 17 launcher updates and 2 firmware updates
- Upgraded the AI voice assistant to GPT-4o, with home screen access and more "human" DAN modes
- Developed voice-to-text and AI note-taking functions (currently our most popular features)
- Expanded the translation language list to 62, across 3 modes, and increased accuracy
- Added 7 new apps to the iKKO Store
- Won the 2024 iF Design Award
- Received numerous reviews from across the internet—some very positive, and some, well, less so
- ……
Throughout these five months, we’ve worked tirelessly to deliver on our promises: regular updates every 6-8 weeks, exceptional customer service, and our ultimate goal—to revolutionize the world of sound through technology.
