After creating a new account on Android phone (OxygenOS 14.0), when signing it the iKKO App it asks me to enter the IMEI number or scan the membership number. I find the Membership number for my case, which shows the membership number barcode. The App scans it but then has error "Uninitilised string offset: 11"
The "Enter your Activebuds IMEI number" field is R/O.
Any ideas?
Hello@Chris !
Thank you for reaching out! We're thrilled to hear that you are exploring our app.
It seems the issue might be because your ActiveBuds are not equipped with the most up-to-date version, in which there should be a QR code instead of a barcode. Here’s how you can check and update your ActiveBuds:
Check ActiveBuds Update:
-
Connect to the Internet:
-
Plug in the Charging Cable: Connect your ActiveBuds to the charger for up to 5 minutes. This will activate any minor updates for the device.
Scan Your IMEI Number:
-
Swipe Up from the Home Screen:
-
Access Membership:
-
Scan the QR Code:
- Scan the QR code from your app to access your IMEI number.

It just says the Membership ID. There is no QR code. The text field on the app also seems broken. When you tap into it, the keyboard doesnt show.
The QR code appeared now. Maybe it had to be on Wifi first.
@kathatp Hello!
We are happy to know that the Code worked for you :)
您好!@Pan
針對您提到的二維碼未顯示問題,可能是由於網絡未連接或網速較慢所致。請確認ActiveBuds已正確連接網絡,並稍等片刻以便二維碼顯示。

Greetings @Pan !
Thank you for reaching out. If the QR code does not appear, this problem might be due to an unstable or slow internet connection. Please ensure your device is properly connected to the internet and wait a moment for the QR code to appear.

Hi when I scan the qr code I get a message saying the token has expired log in again
@Stephen Greetings from the iKKO Team!
Please try uninstalling the iKKO app and then reinstalling it. This should refresh the token and resolve the issue.
