getting error w/ChatPal (suddenly getting unauthorized)


  • I was suddenly unable to use ChatPal and gettingn "unauthorized!" prompt (not sure why it's acting like this) as a result this is pretty much useless case for me only used just as normal earbuds - cn anyonje please help me fix this?



  • Please note I already did a factory reset even the ChatPal app was updated I am still getting the very same erro when launchin ChatPal ""unauthorized!""- is this device already defective?


  • tried firmare upgrade then it auto reboot - still getting the same "unauthorized!" error when attempting to use ChatPal - not sure can I just have this expensive peice of tech replaced?

    Regarding your question, ActiveBuds has recently undergone a major upgrade to EarSync OS 2.0. This update makes the AI voice interaction more intuitive and phases out ChatPal.

    For upgrading the operating system, please follow these steps:

    1. Enter Quick Menu: Swipe down to the bottom.
    2. Cloud Icon: Click to check if there's option to 'Update the System'.
    3. Reboot Post-Update: The device will restart automatically after upgrade.

    After the upgrade, long-pressing on the home screen will activate the ChatGPT voice interaction.

  • the ChatPal worked, already after all of multiple firmware updates - but strang thing is that that tha tap to ChatPal from main screen is quite dumb and doesn't understand any of any of my query!

    We understand your concern regarding the voice recognition accuracy. Could you please try the following:

    • If you are using the earphones, please make sure that the Bluetooth connection is active. 
    • If you are using the feature through the charging case, please make sure the microphone hole (located on the right side of the case) is not blocked.
