Please note I already did a factory reset even the ChatPal app was updated I am still getting the very same erro when launchin ChatPal ""unauthorized!""- is this device already defective?
tried firmare upgrade then it auto reboot - still getting the same "unauthorized!" error when attempting to use ChatPal - not sure can I just have this expensive peice of tech replaced?

For upgrading the operating system, please follow these steps:
After the upgrade, long-pressing on the home screen will activate the ChatGPT voice interaction.

the ChatPal worked, already after all of multiple firmware updates - but strang thing is that that tha tap to ChatPal from main screen is quite dumb and doesn't understand any of any of my query!
