Stuck on Android is Starting

  Hi there! I was going to sleep and decided to download some playlist for offline listening, when my ActiveBuds restarted, and is stuck on the Android is Starting for more than 30min. What do I do? I already tried to hold the power button for more than 10 seconds, but it restart to the same message. Looking forward.
