Need help asap regarding a recent purchase


  • So, I just tried to purchase a pair of your Obsidian OH10 IEM earbuds today, March 16th. The first time I tried to purchase it the website said there was an error with trying to verify my payment method (I paid with my card) or something along those lines and showed the payment as having not gone through. However, after checking my bank account I saw that the payment of $275 CAD for the earbuds did in fact come out of my account. I am reaching out because I want to ensure that nothing went wrong, and that the order was properly processed, as I have not received any form of confirmation email or tracking number for my order. I understand that I reached out to both your support and corporate emails, however, every time I emailed your support email it was bounced back and said that the email doesn't exist. On top of that, I could not message on Twitter because I'm not verified, and I messaged on Facebook, but got no response.
