When will the April updates be coming out, would like to see more apps in the ikko store like YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, etc. Or the ability to sideload apps, is that possible, if so do you have instructions on how to sideload.

We're continuously working to add more apps to the iKKO Store, so please stay tuned for future updates. Regarding sideloading apps, while we do support some apps, however, discovering how to download may require some exploration on your part.

Thanks for reaching out to us! Please try resetting the system by following these steps:
1. Please ensure that no SIM card is inserted in the ActiveBuds earbuds case.
2. Hold down the home button for 10 seconds to force a restart.
3. After restarting, enter the main menu and press the Home button 11 times in a row to force reset the device.
If these methods still don't solve your problem, please let us know!
It worked, so now we have GPT-4o, awesome, thank you very much, i still would like to see youtube in the store

Unfortunately, since ActiveBuds introduce next-level possibilities in audio electronics, Google has not yet established a supporting framework for this category. Meanwhile, our team is actively exploring ways with Google to expand compatibility options.

Are there any AI integrations for settings, reminders, or sending/receiving messages?
Je vient d'acheter un Activebuds et j'avait l'ancien version dessus et après mise ajour le menu à changé .
Je trouve le nouveau menu pas mal a part le menu quand on met le doigt sur le bord est tire vers gauche ou on vois ecrit musique,efficacité, divertissement,outils etc... avant on avais en plus une petit icones en couleur qui étais beaucoup plus jolies.
Apart ca j'adore et le son des écouteurs est top.
