Make it so when you hold the left earbud for 2 seconds it automatically starts listening to your questions for chat pal this can be a toggle option in settings as it's tedious to take the case back out and press the buttons for it to start listening, and for music make buttons on the Lock Screen of the case that can play/pause current music playing.

You're absolutely right! Regarding the feature to active ChatPal, it is indeed in the works. Once it's rolled out, you can update your ChatPal through the iKKO Store.
