Our home button has been tested 80,000 times to ensure its durability.
How to quickly adjust the volume?
Simply long-press the home button at any time to access the volume controls.
Is a SIM card required to use the 4G network? Can ActiveBuds replace a phone?
ActiveBuds requires a SIM card to use 4G internet.
While we don't say ActiveBuds can fully replace your phone, it can serve as a complementary device to make your life more seamless by allowing you to make and receive calls, as well as receive text messages.
Our goal is not to replace the phone, but to serve as an extension that makes audio life easier, more fun, and smarter.
There’s a delay/lag when touching the screen.
We designed the long press function to avoid accidental touches.
It can effectively prevent us from accidentally entering the app with just one click.
How to answer/end calls on ActiveBuds?
-When you receive a call, double-tap your earbud twice to answer it.
-Similarly, to end the call, just double-tap again on either earbud.
This can be done on either the left or right earbud.
Do you provide a SIM card?
Our ActiveBuds do not come with a SIM card.
This is due to the privacy and security considerations, as a SIM card typically requires personal information and is often linked to an individual's identity and their local mobile service provider.
We recommend purchasing a SIM card from your local carrier, where it can be registered and linked to your identity in a secure and compliant manner.
How long is the delay for translations?
Our translations typically have a delay of 1-2 seconds. We output translations based on the pauses in speech to capture a complete sentence, to ensure accuracy.
Additionally, the speed of Internet can also affect the timing of the translation. A faster Internet typically results in reduced latency.
Is the audio can be heard only through the earbuds?
Our ActiveBuds charging case features a built-in speaker function for public playback.
The ActiveBuds case also has the capability to control Bluetooth speakers. You can connect the device to an external or Bluetooth speaker.
Besides the purchase cost of the device, is there any online service subscription fee?
All software and services currently provided with our device are complimentary.
We plan to introduce premium subscription services within our software in the future.
Can I have a password manager?
Sorry, to ensure the security of our users' data, we are unable to provide a password manager.
My fingers are relatively thick, how can I easily remove the earbuds from the charging case?
Here are some general tips that might help:

You can try rotating the case slightly while trying to take out the earbuds. Sometimes, a small rotation can make it easier to grasp them.
2. Use Your Fingertips:
Try using your fingertips rather than your thumbs to take out the earbuds. This might give you better control and precision.
