Stay on top of your game with the latest system updates!
Follow these steps to ensure a smooth experience:
Connect to Wi-Fi:
- Navigate to Settings.
- Select Network & Internet.
- Confirm your Wi-Fi connection is active.
System Update:
- Return to the App list.
- Access the Quick Menu.
- Scroll down and find a Cloud icon.
- Tap on Update, and patiently wait for the update to complete.
Reconnect Wi-Fi:
- After the update, re-enter Settings.
- Reconnect to your Wi-Fi network.
- A Wi-Fi indicator should now appear on the main page.
Pairing the Left and Right Earbuds:
- Light up the screen and push up to access the Connection Page.
- Long-press the purple background to start the pairing cycle, which lasts 10 seconds.
- The earbuds will pair with each other and become ready for device connection.
- A blue circle indicates a successful connection; a gray circle signifies an unsuccessful attempt.
- If pairing fails, long-press the purple background again to retry.
Pairing the Earbuds with the Case:
- After completing the steps above, click the top 'Bluetooth Connection' button.
- Scroll down and find the connection part, connect the earphones with 'iKKO ActiveBuds'.
Note: Please ensure your earbuds are inside the case for the steps mentioned above!
Connecting Earbuds to Phone:
- Light up the screen and push up to access the Connection Page.
- In your phone's Bluetooth settings, look for 'iKKO ActiveBuds'.
- Connect to them before the on-screen cycle completes.
New Features:
- The latest update introduces ten new language options and a mute function in the quick menu.

This upgrade is a fresh start, so it will reset all user data to ensure peak performance with the new enhancements. Please back up your data using the Type-C interface on a Windows PC before proceeding.
