Can I transfer files from a MacOS to the iKKO ActiveBuds?

The direct Type-C file access feature on the IKKO Active Buds is primarily optimized for Windows-based systems. Due to Apple's ecosystem constraints, devices like the MacBook Pro and other Apple computers often restrict the recognition of non-iOS devices when connected.

To transfer files from MacOS to the Active Buds, it's recommended to search for ways to enhance MacOS compatibility with Android-based devices, as the ActiveBuds operate similarly to Android phones. Exploring third-party plugins and software that enhance this compatibility could be a viable solution.

    EQ Settings has no effect?

    1. Place Earbuds: Make sure the earbuds are already connected to the case.

    2. Select App: Click on IKKO Music and select EQ Setting.

    3. Confirm Pairing: If the headphones are successfully connected, there will be a green dot pattern in the upper left corner. If not connected successfully, it will be red.

    4. Please note: EQ Setting is for the built-in decoder settings of the Bluetooth earphones, so the adjusted EQ will also apply when the earphones are connected to other devices to play music.
